Return Procedure
Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, your item must be:
• In its original condition—unworn, unused, and undamaged.
• With all tags attached and in its original packaging.
• Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
At Rekonsider, we strive to provide exceptional products and experiences. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple return process within the guidelines below.To initiate a return, please submit a Return Form on our website within 14 days of receiving your product. Once you submit the form, you will receive an update on the status of your return request, either approved or declined, within 2 working days, along with detailed instructions on the next steps. You will have 7 days to ship the item back to our warehouse.
You are responsible for arranging and paying the courier fees for returning the item. Include a copy of the order invoice and the return request form inside the parcel. We will inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the necessary conditions for a refund. Once verified, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 14 working days of receipt.
Refunds
At Rekonsider, we do not offer refunds. Approved returns may be eligible for store credit, which can be used toward future purchases. Please Note: We will only accept one (1) return per order for the following reasons:
Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your product arrives damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please return the product to us as soon as possible within 14 days. After inspection, if the product is confirmed to be defective or incorrect, we will send you a replacement. The assessment of the defect's validity will be conducted before any reimbursement is issued.
Unsuccessful Delivery
In the event that delivery is attempted three (3) times unsuccessfully, the parcel will be returned to us, and we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. You will be responsible to pay for the additional shipping fee required for reshipping the item.
Address Changes After Order Placement If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, please contact us immediately within 24 hours. If the new address incurs additional courier charges, you will need to pay the extra fee before the parcel can be redirected to the new location.
Exchange Policy
We do not offer direct exchanges for online purchases. If you wish to exchange an item, please initiate a return for a store credit refund and place a new order for the desired product or size.
