Q: “What are the delivery options available?”
Your parcel will be delivered via our delivery partners. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number.

Q: “How do I track my order?”
After your order has been shipped, you should receive a shipment confirmation
email with a tracking number. You are able to track the status of your shipment on
our delivery partner’s websites.

Q: “What do I do if I have not received my order after the stated delivery timeframe?”
Please reach out to us at hello@rekonsider.com with your order number, name and
e-mail address. Our Customer Support will assist you further.
Q: “How do I change my delivery information?”
You won't be able to amend your delivery info once your order is placed. Fret not,
drop us a message here and we'll do whatever we can to help!
Note: shipping delays may occur for delivery address amendments, but we promise
we'll try our best to minimise this.
If we're too late and your order's delivered by the time we relay your request to our
delivery partners, we may not be able to retrieve it. Please contact us ASAP if you
need to make amendments —we don't want your order to land in the wrong hands!
Payment
Q: “What payment options do you accept?”
We currently accept payments via Visa and MasterCard debit/credit cards, as well
as online banking through major local banks.
Q: “I have made payment, however, did not receive e-mail confirmation.”

Q: “Why am I unable to use my discount?”
There are a few possible reasons why your discount could be invalid:
● The code has expired. Check the expiry date of the code, as some of them run for a limited time or expire after a set period.
● Did you meet the minimum spending requirement? There might be a minimum spend requirement and/or on selected product categories.
● Do you need to be logged in? Some promo codes will require you to be logged in to redeem the discount.
● Has this promo already been used? Some promo codes might have restrictions to the number of times they can be used.
● Have you checked the Terms and Conditions of the promo code? Check promo terms and conditions to ensure you've met the promo criteria here.
● Already applied a promo code? Stacking promo codes isn’t possible. You can only use one promo code per order.
If you're absolutely sure you've fulfilled the terms and conditions of the discount and still have trouble using it, please drop us a message with a screenshot of the error message!

Q: “I placed my order but forgot to use my discount code. What should I do?”
Discount codes can't be applied to an order that's already been made!
Reimbursements won't be provided if the code wasn't applied. But you can always
save it for your next purchase with us, as long as you fulfil the terms and conditions
of the discount!

Q: “I am unable to log into my account, what do I do?”
Easy! First, head over to our login page and enter your email.
● If you’re prompted to enter a one-time code: You’re already registered and have an existing account with us.
● If you’re prompted to create a new account: The email you entered is not registered with us.

Q: “I did not receive the one-time code for login. What can I do?”
It’s possible that the one-time code email was filtered into your junk or spam folder. Please take a quick look, and if it’s still not there, drop us a message and we’ll assist you.
Return & Exchange
Q: “What is the Return & Exchange Policy?”
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with labels intact.
Kindly attach your order invoice. Our team has the right to not allow for returns or
exchanges if items do not meet the requirements. Sale or discounted items are not
eligible for returns unless stated.
Reimbursement & Processing Time
Your return will be processed as Store Credit equivalent to the purchase price within 8 business days from when the order was dropped off.
We do not provide cash refunds for any return orders and delivery fees, if any, won't be refunded.

Q: “How do I return my order?”
To initiate a return, please submit a Return Form on our website within 14 days of
receiving your product. Once you submit the form, you will receive an update on the
status of your return request, either approved or declined, within 2 working days,
along with detailed instructions on the next steps. You will have 7 days to ship the item back to our warehouse.
You are responsible for arranging and paying the courier fees for returning the item. Include a copy of the order invoice and the return request form inside the parcel. We will inspect the returned product to ensure it meets the necessary conditions for a refund. Once verified, a refund will be issued in a form of Store Credit within 14 working days of receipt.

Q: “What is the Refund Policy?”
At Rekonsider, we do not offer refunds. However, approved returns may be eligible for store credit, which can be used toward future purchases.
